Bangalore International School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Elementary School Homeroom Teacher to join our team.

n? Grades: G3–G5
n? Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
n? Joining: Immediate / October 2026 at the latest

nWhat we’re looking for:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.n
- Minimum 3 years of elementary teaching experience, preferably with Grades 3–5.n
- Experience with or knowledge of the Cambridge and/or IB curriculum.n
- Strong conceptual and teaching skills in English and Social Studies.n
- Experience with inquiry-based and/or concept-based learning.n
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.n
- A learner-centred approach that encourages students to ask questions, make connections, explore ideas, investigate and construct their own understanding.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n

nExperience in an inquiry-driven or concept-based learning workplace will be an added advantage.
