Key Responsibilities
- TOPCon solar cell manufacturing processes
- Process optimization and control
- Yield improvement
- Production troubleshooting
- Monitoring and improving process performance on TOPCon production lines

Mandatory Requirements
- Direct, hands-on experience in TOPCon solar cell manufacturing
- Experience with an established solar cell manufacturing facility
- Strong experience in process engineering, production,



or process management within TOPCon cell manufacturing
- Fluent English communication – reading, writing, understanding and speaking
- Willingness to take up an expatriate assignment in India
- Comfortable working in a solar manufacturing / production environment
