About the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of accounting and taxation and must have prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.n
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports.n
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.n
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.n
- Review GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.n
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements.n
- Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.n




- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure proper accounting controls.n
- Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting.n
- Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.n
- Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures.n
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely deliverables.n

nMandatory Requirements

- n
- Must have prior work experience in a CA Firm / Chartered Accountant Firm.n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.n
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance.n
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.n
- Experience in handling audits and coordinating with CA firms/auditors.n
