- Handle and manage incoming leads generated through digital marketing, social media, website enquiries, referrals, and other channels.n
- Contact new leads promptly and understand their travel requirements, preferences, budget, dates, group size, and expectations.n
- Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.n
- Keep lead information, conversations, quotations, follow-ups, and booking status updated in the company's CRM or lead management system.n
- Prioritise leads based on buying intent and maximise conversion opportunities.n
