nLocation - Bangalore/Hyderabad
n Who can apply - Both (Male/Female)
n Salary slab- 5 to 8 lacs per Annum fixed + incentives
n Note: must have atleast a 2 wheeler with valid DL.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate and manage qualified leads.n
- Understand customer requirements, budget, lifestyle, and investment goals.n
- Recommend suitable properties from Bangalore's leading residential projects.n
- Coordinate and manage site visits end-to-end.n
- Guide customers through project evaluation, pricing, home loans, negotiations, and booking.n
- Build strong relationships with customers, developers, and banking partners.n
- Own the complete lead-to-closure sales pipeline.n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high customer satisfaction.n
- Stay updated on Bangalore real estate market trends and project launches.n
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.n

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.n




- 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.n
- Customer-centric mindset with high ownership and accountability.n
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.n
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.n
