nRoles & Responsibilities of a Coach – Sports Specific:

- n
- Sports Specific for overall program implementation.n
- Lead training sessions at HCL Foundation supported sports development centers & ensuring regular participation of program participants.n
- Talent Scouting & Creating Excellence Team in respective locations.n
- Effectively working on creating Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports on Talent Development Program of "Sports for Change Special Initiative".n
- Conducting summer & winter Camp for respective locationsn
- Closely Working on Standard Skill and Fitness Assessments.n
- Handle logistics like participant travel, accommodation, Food, etc. during the sports events.n
- The role would require extensive travel across India.n




- Effective engagement of HCL employees at "Sports for Change" competition through creative and engaging strategies (employee volunteering).n

nPreferred candidate profile :

- n
- Qualified License Course (Preferably NIS/International Level Player/National Level Player)n
- Minimum qualification required (Mped/Bped).n
- Associated with District & State Level associations/ federation.n
- Excellent management and organizational skills along with strong quantitative skills.n
- Flexible, self-motivating, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and team player.n
- Ability to deal with unstructured and changing environments.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
