nIt helps operators manage their workspace operations, customers, memberships, quotations, agreements, invoicing, collections, occupancy, meeting rooms, leads and other day-to-day business processes from one platform.
nWe are now looking for our first dedicated sales hire to help us acquire coworking and managed-office operators across India.
nThis is a founding sales role. You will have significant ownership of building the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, converting prospects and helping new customers get started with Meshfloor.
nWhat you will do1. Identify potential customers
nBuild a database of coworking and managed-office operators across India using:

- Coworking communitiesn

- Direct prospectingn

nIdentify decision makers such as founders, owners, directors and operations heads.
n2. Cold calling and outreach
nContact prospects through:

- Other appropriate B2B channelsn

nUnderstand how the operator currently manages their business and identify opportunities where Meshfloor can help.
n3. Conduct product demos
nSchedule and conduct online product demonstrations with prospective customers.
nThe demo should be consultative rather than simply showing product features.
nYou should be able to understand the operator's problems and demonstrate how Meshfloor can improve areas such as:
