With multiple curated sites across Shimla and North India and an aggregate development potential of a couple of million square feet, we are building a high-performing team to support our ambitious growth plans. Position: Senior Manager Accounts We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong exposure to real estate/project accounting to manage project-wise financial and accounting functions. Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping ✅ Maintain project-wise accounts, budgets & cost tracking ✅ Prepare MIS reports, financial statements & management reports ✅ Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance ✅ Manage vendor payments,



customer receivables & bank reconciliations ✅ Monitor project costs, cash flow, budgets & forecasts ✅ Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks & regulatory authorities ✅ Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with company policies What We're Looking For B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / CA Inter or equivalent 8–15 years of experience in accounting & finance ️ Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred Strong proficiency in Tally, ERP & MS Excel Strong knowledge of project accounting, taxation & financial reporting Excellent analytical, communication & organizational skills Why Join Us?
