nAs a Principle Engineer - Automation - Functional Testing at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases and scripts to ensure the functionality of software products and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.

- Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.n
- Configure and deploy automation functional testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.n
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.n
- Foster a team-oriented and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.n
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.n

- Proficient in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appiumn
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScriptn
- Experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practicesn
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologiesn
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.n
