nAbout This Role
nAs Program Coordinator — AI & Delivery, you will sit at the intersection of client delivery, engineering execution, and stakeholder communication. You will take client inputs and translate them into structured, actionable briefs for the engineering team. You will manage delivery timelines, track progress, and ensure nothing falls through the gap between a conversation and an execution.




nYou will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Principal Engineer on a day-to-day basis.
nThis is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role. If something is unclear, you clarify it. If something is at risk, you flag it. If something is falling behind, you fix it or escalate it, before anyone has to ask.

- Own the end-to-end process of translating client inputs into structured, actionable requirements for the engineering teamn
- Run or support requirement gathering conversations with clients — ask the right questions, document precisely, and eliminate ambiguity before it reaches engineeringn
- Maintain a living requirements log that serves as the single source of truth for the tech team, sales team, and leadershipn
- Manage client communication on delivery timelines, progress, and changes — proactively, not reactivelyn
- Coordinate with clients on
