nEligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)n
- Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.n
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.n

- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN,

- Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.n
