nPosition Overview
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying recent opportunities, developing new markets, generating qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers. The role requires extensive field visits, customer interactions, and strategic sales planning to expand the company's market presence.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.n
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.n
- Develop new customers in manufacturing, engineering, OEM, automotive, fabrication, EPC, and other industrial sectors.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.n
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.n
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal sales team.n
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.n
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales funnel reports.n
- Track sales activities, customer visits, opportunities, and conversions through CRM or MIS reports.n
