- Owning up media planning and delivery for key accountn
- Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinating between the client and internal teamsn
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaignsn
- Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the clientn
- Owning up brand and individual KPI's to drive business goalsn
- To supervise and design media plans using appropriate media tools.n
- To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions.n
- To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needsn
- Facilitate development of team members through on –the-job coaching and initiate developmental training.n
- To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflictsn

- 1-4 years' experience in similar fieldn
- Previous experience of working with a digital media agencyn




- Managed end to end Digital Media Planning campaignsn
- Platform knowledge – Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Publishersn
- Positive vendor relationsn
- Should have managed a team of individual multi-functional individualsn
