nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a proactive Telecalling & Onboarding Executive to support the onboarding of childcare professionals at Nestru.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Call applicants and explain the role and work prospectn
- Screen candidates based on their experience, availability and eligibilityn
- Schedule suitable candidates for onboardingn




- Follow up and coordinate until they complete the onboarding processn
- Collect the required information and documentsn
- Maintain accurate calling and onboarding recordsn
- Coordinate with the internal team and share regular updatesn

nPreferred Candidate:
n
- n
- 3–5 years of prior experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination or onboardingn
- Good follow-up and coordination skillsn
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheetsn
- Patient, organised and confident while speaking with candidatesn

nCompensation : 30k/month ( Fixed + Incentives)
