Role & responsibilities
nThe Plant Manager position is responsible for :
n- Oversee daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
n- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes.
n- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
n- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
n- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
n- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
n- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
n- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance plant performance.
n- Prepare and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
n- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards.
