nWe are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join our organization as Head – Plant Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong and proven track record in leading end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations, preferably within the Power Conditioning, Power Quality, Power Management, UPS, or related electrical/electronics industry.
nThe candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in production, operations, planning, procurement, QC, TRC, logistics and Commercial.

- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plantn
- Ideate and implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and labor utilization throughout the facilityn
- Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goalsn
- Drive cost reduction activities to achieve budgetary goals for the companyn
- Investigate and implement creative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product qualityn
- Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply management and on-time shippingn
- Oversee logistics department for timely delivery of consignments to meet customer demandn
- Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planningn
- Works with Human Resources to proactively monitor and oversee
