nRajshri Entertainment Private Limited is looking for an experienced Head – YouTube Operations to lead the growth, audience development and operations of its YouTube network.
nThe role will be responsible for driving YouTube performance across the network, with a strong focus on views, watch time, subscriber growth, content programming, analytics and overall channel health.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead YouTube operations and audience growth across Rajshri's network of channels.n
- Develop and execute strategies to increase views, watch time, subscribers and engagement.n
- Manage the operations and growth of Rajshri's flagship YouTube channel.n
- Lead and mentor a team of YouTube Channel Managers.n
- Oversee YouTube CMS, Content ID, claims and channel-related operations.n
- Analyse YouTube Analytics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.n
- Plan and execute YouTube advertising and promotional campaigns.n




- Manage interactions with YouTube partners and platform representatives.n
- Collaborate closely with Content, Content Acquisition, Social Media and Creative teams.n
- Drive content programming, metadata optimisation and consistent publishing schedules.n
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.n
- Maintain accurate records of published content, metadata, creatives and performance.n
- Ensure the overall health, compliance and performance of YouTube channels.n
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to senior management.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 8+ years of relevant experience in YouTube Operations, Digital Media, Content Distribution or Entertainment.n
- Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels at scale.n
- Solid understanding of YouTube Analytics, CMS, Content ID, copyright and monetisation.n
- Experience in leading tea
