nAs a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in managing ethics investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, driving ethics awareness, and supporting governance initiatives that reinforce our values-driven culture.
nKey Responsibilities
nLead and coordinate ethics and compliance investigations
nReview investigation reports and ensure timely case closure
nMaintain ethics case records and governance documentation
nPrepare leadership and board-level ethics dashboards and reports
nManage POSH compliance, case tracking, and statutory filings




nFacilitate ethics and POSH training programs across the organization
nDrive ethics awareness and employee engagement initiatives
nSupport review and implementation of Ethics and POSH policies
nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 8+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, HR, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Legal Support rolesn
- Robust understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworksn
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsn
- High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detailn
- Experience in conducting investigations and preparing leadership reportsn
