- We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales – MICE professional to drive business development and revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions.n

nKey Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities in the MICE and corporate events segment.n




- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.n
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events and market research.n
- Understand client requirements and prepare event proposals and commercial quotations.n
- Coordinate with creative, operations, production and vendor teams to develop customized event solutions.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and handover to operations.n
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and pitches.n
- Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.n
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.n
- Develop business opportunities for corporate conferences, exhibitions, offsites, incentive travel, annual meets, dealer meets and other corporate events.n
- Ensure repeat business and strong client relationships.n
