nWe are looking for an Account Manager who can sit at the intersection of client relationships, strategy, creative execution and team management.
nThis is not a role where you simply take briefs and pass them on.
nYou will be responsible for understanding what the client needs, getting the best work out of the team, maintaining relationships and ensuring that every assignment moves from brief → thinking → execution → delivery.
nTHE ROLE
nAs an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between the client and the AVW team.
nYour primary responsibility will be to:

- Understand client businesses, objectives and communication requirements.n
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs.n
- Oversee the people working on different accounts and projects.n
- Ensure the creative, strategic and production teams deliver the required work.n
- Push the team to improve the quality of thinking and execution.n
- Coordinate across strategy, creative, design, content, social media and production.n
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals.n
- Identify potential issues before they become client problems.n
- Ensure clients feel heard, understood and well-managed.n
