Job DescriptionPosition: Head / Director – IT Infrastructure, Security & Support Experience: 12+ Years Function: IT Infrastructure, Information Security & Support Employment Type: Full-time | Leadership + Hands-on Role Overview We are looking for a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations. The ideal candidate should be both strategically strong and hands-on with enterprise IT environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management. - Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security, device compliance and lifecycle. - Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure. - Drive IT support, ITSM, SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery. - Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements. - Manage IT assets,



software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement. - Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps. Required Skills - 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support. - Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune. - Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security. - Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance. - Solid leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills. - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM or CISSP.
