Job Description – Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will direct the administrative and technical management of Global Delivery Center (GDC) projects . The successful candidate will serve as a primary liaison between executive leadership, clients, and field operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence, team leadership,



and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all project management functions, including change orders, submittals, and core project engineering workflows .
- Supervise, mentor, and train multi-tiered project engineering teams to drive career development and performance.
- Lead key project alignment meetings to ensure seamless operational coordination and execution.
- Cultivate talent across direct reports through internal, external, and on-the-job professional development programs.
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of critical project milestones and priorities, compiling detailed weekly status reports.
- Enforce robust Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) standards across individual projects and corporate operations.
