nKey Responsibilities

- Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties.n
- Observe and document every detail of a property's theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations.n
- Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports,



and documentation based on field observations.n
- Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans required to execute different themes.n
- Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to identify business opportunities.n
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance research efficiency.n
- Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategic initiatives.n
