About the Role

HCLTech is looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BODS, SAP S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit, Auto Sys, SQL Server, and CMC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP data migration projects, working with both SAP and non-SAP legacy systems to support successful S/4 HANA transformations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute data migration activities for SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects. Perform data migration from SAP and non-SAP legacy systems to SAP S/4 HANA on-premise environments. Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions using SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit. Prepare data mapping documents, migration technical specifications, and reconciliation reports. Build and maintain ETL processes, workflows, and data transformation logic. Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants,



and technical teams to ensure data quality and migration success. Understand end-to-end business processes and data dependencies across master and transactional data objects. Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects. Strong experience with: SAP Data Services (BODS) SAP S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit SQL Server Auto Sys CMC (Central Management Console) Experience in at least 4 SAP Data Migration projects involving SAP Data Services (BODS) and Migration Cockpit. Hands-on experience in minimum 2 full-cycle SAP migration implementations. Strong knowledge of ETL design, development, and deployment.
