Design and compile student diaries with comprehensive country, courses and visa related information. Create brochures for distribution in schools and colleges. Deliver training sessions for various groups and departments, including SROs, SACs, BDMs, and lateral hires. Conduct orientation (product training) sessions for new (lateral) hires.
