Technical Consulting / Qualified Services

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant who can bridge deep hands-on engineering

skills with client-facing consulting. You will design, build, and troubleshoot Node.js/Java Script solutions,

work across relational and No SQL databases, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes

for enterprise clients. This role suits someone comfortable moving between writing code, advising

stakeholders, and resolving production issues under an ITSM framework (incident, problem, and

change management).

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Java Script (ES6+). Work directly with client/business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and present recommendations.

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries,



and data models across relational (e.g.,

Postgre SQL, My SQL, Oracle) and/or No SQL (e.g., Mongo DB) systems.

• Support and improve ITSM processes — incident, problem, change, and request management —

using tools such as Service Now, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent

fixes.
Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. Integrate third-party APIs and internal services; ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev Ops, QA, product, and support) across the delivery

lifecycle.

• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for support and client

teams.

• Mentor junior consultants/engineers and contribute to technical best practices within the team.
