We are seeking a results-driven Education Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners. You will identify high-quality leads, conduct strategic outreach, and guide students through our program offerings to drive enrollments.

This is a 100% work-from-home (WFH) position that requires high self-motivation, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record in the educational domain.

Lead Qualification & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and connect with potential learners via phone calls, emails, and online meetings. Consultative Selling: Understand customer career goals and recommend suitable training programs that match their needs. Enrollment Management:



Guide prospects seamlessly through program details, curriculum benefits, and the final enrollment process. CRM Tracking: Maintain precise, real-time records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in CRM software. Conversion & Retention: Execute structured follow-up campaigns to maximize lead-to-student conversion and support long-term student retention. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the training and academic teams to align product offerings with current market demand.
