About the Role

This is more than a lead-generation or cold-calling position.

You will work closely with the founder to identify suitable markets and accounts, create qualified business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients.

You should be comfortable handling the sales journey from research and personalised outreach to discovery, solution-building, proposals, negotiation and closure.





What You Will Do Business Development
Identify potential clients across Looply's branding, website, technology, marketing and automation services Build a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, networking and inbound opportunities Research target companies, industries and relevant decision-makers Connect with founders, marketing heads, business heads and other senior stakeholders Execute personalised outreach through Linked In, email, calls and relevant channels Qualify opportunities based on business need, budget, authority, urgency and strategic fit Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, goals and buying requirements Coordinate with Looply's strategy, creative and technology teams to shape suitable solutions Prepare proposals, pitch decks, scopes and commercial recommendations Manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations and closures Maintain accurate pipeline information, communication histo
