Experience: 8–12+ years in enterprise networking Cisco: Routing & Switching, Catalyst, Nexus Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Qo S F5: LTM, Load Balancing, DNS/GTM, BIG-IP Network Security: Cisco ISE, TACACS+, RADIUS, VPN Network Services: Infoblox – DNS, DHCP, IPAM Wireless: Cisco Wireless/WLC, Meraki Connectivity: LAN, WAN, Data Center, Internet, Cloud Data Center: Cisco Nexus, ACI Automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP networking – preferred Key Responsibilities: L3 troubleshooting, major incident handling, RCA, network design, migrations and upgrades Documentation: HLD, LLD, network diagrams, implementation & rollback plans Leadership: Technical mentoring, stakeholder management and client communication Certification: CCNP preferred; CCIE/F5/Meraki/Cloud certifications are an advantage Top skills to prioritize in sourcing:
