The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Achieve Business Volumes - Achieving business sales as per plan. Working Capital Management - Regular follow-up with the customer for the payment. - Controlling stocks and discounts to enhance contribution and improve profitability - Timely submission of all the bills and documents required for the payment processing Channel Management - Improving B2 B Handling capabilities of wholesale dealers. - Appointing of Current Channel Partners and managing existing channel partners effectively and efficiently. - Extracting more business as per the business objectives. Key Account Management - Managing and strengthening key accounts and drive business growth. Process Management - Improving relationship with customers and increase enquiry base.



- Ensuring proper documentation and systematic maintenance of the same as required for reporting and audits. Team Development -Coaching and guiding the team members to enable them to learn and facilitate the individuals in accomplishing the tasks and responsibilities assigned. - Developing teams through coaching and feedback on Strengths and AODs for enhancing competencies in technical and leadership areas. 7. Organizational Imperatives - Adhering to safety protocols, IMS, compliance, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence etc.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:
Degree in Engineering/ Graduate in any discipline
Preferred:
Degree in Engineering or Graduate in any discipline +MBA in Marketing

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:
4 years of relevant experience in degree in engineering OR 6 years of work experience in graduate in any discipline.
