Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Net Suite ERP Project Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Net Suite implementation project management. The ideal candidate must have independently managed end-to-end Net Suite ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.

The candidate should have solid project management, stakeholder management, delivery management, risk management, and functional knowledge of Net Suite.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Net Suite ERP implementation projects. Own project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage multiple implementation workstreams and cross-functional teams. Lead client and business stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and project governance.



Drive requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution discussions. Coordinate Net Suite configuration, customization, integrations, and technical activities. Oversee data migration, data mapping, testing, UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations. Prepare project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and management updates. Coordinate with Net Suite functional consultants, technical teams, developers, integration teams, and business users. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Manage post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.
