Key Requirements
Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory. Excellent communication skills – No compromise. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support. Solid ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis. Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments. Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including rotational shifts. Strong adaptability and learning mindset.
