About the Company:

Inditherma Private Limited, based in Kolkata, is entering the packaged drinking water segment under the brand name trsna. With a current state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, we aim to build a strong regional presence in the bottled water market through enterprise sales, institutional tie-ups, and retail distribution.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager / CSO who will be responsible for building and leading our regional sales team and spearheading business development efforts across West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in setting up a robust sales structure, onboarding key accounts, and developing scalable marketing strategies to grow brand trsna.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for trsna across West Bengal. Identify and tap into bulk sales opportunities: corporate clients, institutions, hotels, hospitals, event management companies, etc. Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales executives and area sales managers.



Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Business Development:
Create and manage a pipeline of B2 B clients and enterprise customers. Develop strategic tie-ups with distributors, stockists, and wholesalers. Lead negotiations and close long-term volume-based sales contracts. Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and regional demand patterns. Marketing Strategy:
Define brand positioning and execute regional marketing campaigns, activations, and sampling efforts. Collaborate with the design/branding team for promotional materials, POS materials, and digital content. Monitor competitors' activities and pricing and suggest strategic responses. Operational Oversight:
Coordinate closely with the production and logistics team to align demand forecasts with manufacturing schedules. Ensure timely deliveries, credit management, and customer sat
