Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
- Conduct rate analysis to determine the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for project execution.
- Manage subcontractor billing processes, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Review RA bills (Requisition Against Bill) to ensure accuracy before submission to clients.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs, bar bending schedules, quantity estimations, and contractor billing.
- Solid understanding of rate analysis techniques for material procurement planning.
