About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Head to lead business growth, sales, and revenue across Pune, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Based out of our Pune office, the candidate will be responsible for driving B2 B partnerships, B2 C customer acquisition, sales conversions, and the complete initial customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth, sales, and revenue across Pune, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Develop and manage B2 B partnerships with developers, architects, channel partners, and other strategic stakeholders. Drive B2 C customer acquisition and improve lead-to-booking conversions. Manage and monitor the Telecalling team and lead qualification process. Oversee the SR/ID team throughout the initial customer journey. Ensure timely preparation of initial layouts and preliminary estimations for prospective customers. Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Estimation teams to improve proposal turnaround time. Manage the complete sales funnel:



Lead → Telecalling → Meeting → Layout → Estimation → Proposal → Booking. Track team performance, conversion ratios, revenue, and city-wise business growth. Develop strategies to improve sales performance, productivity, and overall business development. Desired Profile
10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, or a related leadership role. Proven experience handling both B2 B and B2 C business development. Experience managing multi-city teams and business operations. Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven ability to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Luxury, Home Improvement, or related industries will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Business growth and revenue across all three cities. B2 B partnerships and revenue generation. B2 C customer acquisition and conversion. Lead-to-booking conversion rate.
