Sales Representative / Sales Counsellor / Team Leader – Ed Tech

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Representatives/Sales Counsellors and experienced Team Leaders to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, promoting our career-focused programs, and driving successful enrollments.

Candidates with relevant sales experience will be considered for the Sales Representative/Sales Counsellor role, while candidates with proven team-handling and sales leadership experience may be considered for the Team Leader position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, a strong sales mindset,



and the ability to convert opportunities into successful enrollments. Team Leader candidates should additionally have strong leadership, team-management, coaching, and performance-monitoring skills.

This role requires working in the UK Shift.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, emails, Whats App, and other communication channels Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals Explain course details, benefits, outcomes, and career opportunities to prospects Generate interest and convert leads into successful enrollments Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication Build robust relationships with students and provide an excellent customer experience Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM systems Achieve individual and team sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smoo
