Role overview

As a Business Development Executive - SME, you will be responsible for acquiring new business

by engaging with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to hire early talent. This is

a high-impact, individual contributor role where you'll own the complete sales cycle—from

prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and closing

deals.

Roles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail?

● Identify and prospect potential SME customers through outbound channels such as

Linked In, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other lead generation platforms.

● Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers including Founders, HR

Heads,



Talent Acquisition teams, and Business Leaders.
Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and business requirements. Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Superset's recruitment solutions. Own the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting, qualification, demos, proposal sharing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

● Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update opportunities consistently in the

CRM.

● Collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure a smooth customer

onboarding experience.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Capture customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements | You'll be a outstanding addition to our team if:

● 1-4 years of experience in Business Development, B2 C Sales, B2 B Sales, Inside Sales,

or Saa S Sales.
Hands-on experience with outbound prospec
