9ance is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside-sales function and drive revenue for our CRM, AI, Telephony & Saa S solutions.

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven software/Saa S sales experience who understand B2 B selling, lead conversion, sales pipelines, demos, negotiations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team. Drive sales of CRM, Saa S, AI & business communication solutions. Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure effective follow-ups. Conduct product demos and convert qualified prospects into customers. Manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Demo → Negotiation → Closure → Handover. Track sales pipelines, targets, conversion rates, and team performance. Coach sales executives on calling, objection handling, demos, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2 B customers. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.



Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management. Preferred Experience

Strong preference for candidates with software/Saa S sales experience, especially in:
CRM / ERP Saa S Products Business Software Telephony / Cloud Communication HRMS Fin Tech / Business Technology Digital Solutions Candidates from B2 B software sales backgrounds will be preferred.

What We're Looking For
2–5+ years of relevant sales experience. Prior experience managing or mentoring an inside-sales team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of B2 B software sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with CRM and sales pipeline management. Strong leadership, ownership, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced Saa S environment. Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
