Must-Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development and administration. Strong knowledge of Service Now modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc. Experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API), UI policies, and business rules. Hands-on experience in creating Service Now workflows, UI actions, and notifications. Experience with Service Now integration using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, and other integration tools.
