This is a high-impact leadership role within a large-scale Business & Technology transformation program, focused on translating board-level sustainability ambitions into measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Lead enterprise-wide sustainability transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations Embed sustainability into core shop floor processes—not as a parallel agenda, but a value engine Deliver tangible outcomes, including: Anchor 'digital for decarbonization' agenda Energy cost reduction Digital enablement of circular business operations Carbon emissions reduction across Scope 1, 2, 3 (and beyond) Digital enablement of carbon emissions avoidance Digital acceleration of sustainable product innovation Enhancing Sustainable Business revenue Leverage digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities (Io T, advanced analytics, MES/ERP integration)

10+ years' experience in transformation, operations, or manufacturing leadership Strong background in discrete manufacturing (automotive, industrial equipment, engineering) Proven track record of delivering board-sponsored transformation programs Hands-on experience working in shop floor environments Expertise in: Sustainability / decarbonization in manufacturing Digital platform development and implementation Innovation and multi-party transformation anchorage Digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Ability to bridge strategy and execution with credibility at both plant and board level Why This Role
