- 5–8 years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C Functional Consultant.n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration.n
- Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end greenfield SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation, covering design, configuration, testing and go-live.n
- Strong understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.n
- Experience in retail sales processes including POS sales, pricing, promotions, returns and refunds.n
- Strong knowledge of:n
- Sales Order Managementn
- Pricing & Condition Techniquesn
- Delivery & Shippingn
- Billingn
- Output Determinationn
- Rebatesn
- Revenue Account Determinationn
- Credit Managementn
- Accounts Receivable integrationn
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare for multi-site/multi-store rollouts.n
- Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and test scripts.n
- Good understanding of integration with SAP Finance.n

- SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is an advantage.n
- Experience working with Jira, SAP Solution Manager or similar tools.n
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.n
