nAcuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.

nRole & responsibilities

- n
- Perform servicing activities in LIQ Rollovers, Advances, Paydowns, Past Dues, fees and othersn
- New Loan Onboarding, renewals and rebooking when neededn
- Setup and update the repayment schedules in LIQn
- Review Credit agreement and other loan related documentsn
- Setup Pricing Index & Rules, Guarantor, Facility, type of facility, CRA info, Repayment, maturity etcn
- Assist Agency teams with any primary and secondary closingsn
- Maintain spreadsheets with Loan Trade information from initiation to Settlementn
- Book the trade and process fees in Loan IQn
- Process invoices for Broker and Clearparn
- Reconcile cash payments:



open cash items vs expected paymentsn
- Review and correct as necessary Settlement Standard Instructionsn
- Track Past Due payments, clean up unpaid and prepare reports per requirementn
- Ensure compliance with the Banks data governance policies, standards and operational proceduresn
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.n
- Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressuren

nPreferred candidate profile
n
- n
- Min 4-8years experience in Lending Servicesn
- Understanding of Commercial Lending lifecycle with excellent understanding of Loan Agreements and other loan documentsn
- Excellent knowledge of Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS.n
- Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)n
- Positive understanding of Project Management principlesn
- Excellent written and spoken communication skillsn
