nKey Responsibilities

- Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects.n
- Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawingsn
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managersn
- Guide architects and designers throughout the design processn
- Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirementsn
- Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specificationsn
- Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputsn
- Attend client presentations,



design reviews and site meetingsn
- Resolve site-related design issues during executionn

nRequired Skills

- Solid expertise in corporate office interior designn
- Excellent space planning and technical detailing skillsn
- Knowledge of building services and MEP coordinationn
- Strong leadership, presentation and communication skillsn
