ABOUT DEWDROPZ
Dewdropz is a new-age lifestyle and outdoor brand startup built around exploration, experiences and the spirit of
going beyond the ordinary. We are building our apparel collections from the ground up and are looking for a
passionate designer who can help shape the visual identity, apparel graphics and overall design language of the
brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Apparel Designer with a strong fashion/apparel background who can take an
idea from concept to a finished, production-ready product. You will work closely with the founder across apparel
collections, graphics, typography, illustration, branding, packaging and visual assets.
This is a hands-on role with significant creative ownership. You won't just design graphics for Dewdropzyou will
help build the visual language of the brand and the products themselves.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop graphics and artwork for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, bags and future apparel categories.
Develop complete apparel collections, individual product concepts, moodboards and creative directions.
Translate creative concepts and brand stories into strong typography, illustrations, icons, patterns and graphic
compositions.

Determine artwork placement, scale, colourways and treatments for garments.
Apply fashion knowledge to fabrics, GSM, colours, garment construction, fits and silhouettes.
Create basic garment specifications and tech packs, and prepare production-ready artwork.
Work with manufacturers, printers, POD partners and vendors through sampling and production.
Understand screen printing, DTF, DTG, puff printing,



embroidery and other embellishment techniques.
Review samples and recommend improvements to artwork, placement, colour and finish.
Develop hang tags, labels, packaging, product graphics, website assets and campaign creatives.
Maintain and evolve Dewdropzs visual identity across physical and digital touchpoints.
Own projects from concept design sampling nal producon.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

26 years of professional experience in graphic, apparel or fashion design.
Strong background in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, outdoor or D2C brands.
Degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
Robust command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Procreate is a plus.
Excellent typography, composition, layout, illustration and vector-design skills.
Hands-on apparel-design experience with a strong understanding of placement, colour and garment aesthetics.
Understanding of apparel printing, embroidery and production processes.
Strong attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating relevant apparel + graphic-design work.
PREFERRED
•
Experience developing complete apparel collections.

Experience working directly with manufacturers and printing vendors.
Experience with embroidery, puff print, screen print, DTF/DTG and other apparel techniques.
Experience with packaging and brand-identity systems.




Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing D2C brand.

Dewdropz is being built from scratch. This is not a role where everything is already defined. We want someone
passionate, hands-on and comfortable in a startup environmentsomeone who enjoys experimentation, ambiguity
and ownership. Some days you may be developing a graphic; other days you may be reviewing samples, researching
