Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you?ll solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business and technical challenges.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized technical solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable software products and engineering solutions.
- Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and prototyping to production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer teams.
- Integrate applications with customer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions quickly.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of production outcomes and continuously improve deployed solutions.
