Required Qualifications

- Bachelors/masters degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of hands-on Workday Reporting writing and HR data Analysis experience
- Experience with Workday Reporting - in Advanced, Simple, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed and Trending.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- The ideal candidate will have experience transforming complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, power point and Workday reporting tools.
- Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel power queries, macros, formulae, charts and presentations

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented team environment.
- High ownership and accountability for deliverables.
