- Call prospective customers/leads and explain company projects, properties and resort offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into site visits/bookings.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further discussions.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and sales targets.
- Handle basic after-sales coordination and customer support when required.
Skills:
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Marathi/Hindi; basic English.
