About the role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack with solid hands-on expertise in Django, React, GCP, GraphQL, and modern cloud technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.




- Work hands-on across backend and frontend development .
- Design and develop robust backend services using Python/Django .
- Build contemporary, responsive applications using React and Expo .
- Design and integrate GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
- Architect and deploy applications using GCP and cloud technologies .
- Make technical decisions around architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide developers while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
