About the Role

AB7 Solutions is hiring Calling Executives. In this job you will call customers and prospects on the phone and tell them about our finance-related products and services. If you enjoy talking to people and want to build your career in the finance field, this job is for you.

What You Will Do

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects every day.

- Explain our finance-related products and services in straightforward words.

- Understand what the customer needs and share the right information.

- Follow up with interested leads on a regular basis.

- Answer customer questions politely and pass bigger issues to your senior.

- Keep call records and customer details updated.

- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Who Can Apply

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, outbound calling or customer calling.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident and polite on phone calls.

- Basic computer knowledge.





- Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.

- Able to handle calls and follow-ups on your own.

- 12th pass or above.

Good To Have

- Calling experience in banking, financial services, fintech, lending, insurance or investment companies.

- Strong callers from other industries can also apply, if you are interested in working with finance products.

Please note: If you have never done calling or customer-facing work, this role may not be the right fit.

- Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 35,000 per month
