About the role You will be responsible for ensuring all patient, clinical, and financial data is accurately captured and maintained in our Hospital Management System (HMS). The systems and workflows are already in place—your job is to execute flawlessly and ensure zero data gaps.
Key responsibilities
Patient registration - Capture patient details and contact info in the HMS during clinic hours
Revenue & collection entry - Record all payments, generate invoices, and track collections, live, daily
Clinical data logging - Enter medicines, injections, and consumables used in treatments
Expense tracking - Record stock purchases and expense invoices
Data verification - Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and on time
Patient interaction - Answer patient walk-ins, collect basic info, guide them through registration
Handle all patient data with strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
